Knowable publishes AI-generated forecasts on prediction markets, may send you notification emails about markets and decisions you follow, and offers a browser extension that shows decision insights on supported finance pages. We are based in California, United States, and our service is intended for users in the United States. This policy explains what personal data we collect, why, and the choices you have.
We do not collect payment information. Browsing our site does not require an account; the browser extension does (see "Browser extension" below).
We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We use trusted service providers that process data only on our behalf — for example, to deliver and measure our email (including opens and clicks), and to host our website and route our mail. The AI models that generate our forecasts process market data, not your personal information; when you ask the browser extension to analyze a page, the content of that page is processed by our AI models to produce the analysis. We may disclose data where required by law.
Our website uses a small number of first-party cookies to understand how the site is used and how visitors arrive (analytics and signup attribution). We use no third-party analytics or advertising cookies, and our unsubscribe and preference pages set no cookies. Our emails include open- and click-tracking through our email provider so we can measure engagement. You can block cookies in your browser and disable remote image loading in your email client.
The Knowable browser extension shows live prediction-market odds and decision insights on supported finance pages. It is built to send us as little as possible:
The extension communicates only with getknowable.ai — never with third parties — and collects nothing for advertising. Our use of data collected by the extension complies with the Chrome Web Store User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
We keep your information until you ask us to delete it. If you unsubscribe, we retain a minimal record so we do not email you again; you can request full deletion at any time (see "Your choices").
California residents. Under California law you may request to know what personal information we hold about you, request its deletion or correction, and you have the right not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights. We do not sell or share your personal information. To make a request, email hello@getknowable.ai.
We operate from the United States, and your information is stored and processed there. If you access Knowable from outside the United States, you do so on your own initiative and are responsible for compliance with local laws.
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Knowable is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 13.
